Located in the charming Wilhelminastraat, just across from El Gaucho Restaurant, Garufa Cigar & Cocktail Lounge opened its doors in December of 1998.

The exterior, with its well lit façade, looks inviting, especially when accompanied by the soft tunes played by live artists inside the lounge.

Time may slip away at Garufa with its elegant cigar motif chairs, high ceiling adorned by Spanish alabaster chandeliers and a unique animal printed carpet.

Garufa opens early in the evening, hosting local business people who come to unwind after a hard day's work. Around six o'clock El Gaucho diners start coming in for an aperitif waiting patiently to be paged by El Gaucho's hostesses announcing that their table is ready.

After a satisfying meal across the street at El Gaucho, guests enter Garufa to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while savoring their favorite after dinner drink with an espresso coffee and even desserts, like homemade amaretto cheese cake, flan and more.
